This is our story.
2000
Mr. Dominador M. Lorenzo established Clean 'N Tidy Maintenance Services (CTMS), a DTI-registered company that engaged in maintenance work in various condos in Makati City. CTMS acquired an accreditation at Ayala Property Management Corp. and Ayala Land Inc. in the same year.
2003
CTMS upgraded its services from maintenance work to civil and renovation works, and was renamed DMLorenzo Builders (DMLB).
2006
DMLB gained its confidence in doing utility works (plumbing) at the Rockwell Residential Tower in Makati City.
2007
DMLB was awarded a sanitary contract by Rustans Coffee Corp (Starbucks Coffee). DMLB continues to be an accredited plumbing contractor has completed various plumbing contracts for over a hundred Starbucks stores (new construction and renovation) nationwide. The company also provides preventive maintenance and renovation services on various Starbucks branches.
2011
Established HAMDA Trading and Construction Supply as a supplier partner for DMLB. With DMLB's easy access on construction materials, it can now deliver faster and better service to its clientele.
2012
DMLB became an accredited general contractor of various YellowCab branches nationwide. This propelled the company to also do architectural and civil works for various residential and commercial clients.
2019
Established DMLorenzo Construction Corp. (DMLCC) to widen its scope and services offered. DMLCC started engaging in residential fit-out works and design-build services with partner architects and interior designers.
2020
Established its Landscape Design and Construction arm, Reverte Manila
